Draft events on the free demo plan are for planning only. Guest access, uploads, live sharing, and delivery features require an activated paid event or organizer entitlement.
Hosts are responsible for privacy settings, QR sharing, moderation, guest expectations, and permissions to collect, use, or distribute event media.
Users retain ownership of their media, while granting Snapvyn a limited license to host, process, display, and deliver the service.
Paid plans are generally non-refundable after activation, guest access, QR use, uploads, or other meaningful platform consumption, except for limited platform-side issues.
Snapvyn is an event photo and memory-sharing platform operated by Snapvyn. It allows hosts, couples, organizers, planners, companies, hotels, and guests to create event pages, share QR codes or invite links, collect guest-uploaded photos and videos, display memories, and receive post-event media delivery, including AI-assisted highlight features where available.
By accessing, registering for, purchasing, activating, uploading to, sharing, or otherwise using Snapvyn, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase a plan, activate an event, or act as a host.
Guests under 18 may only use the platform with permission from a parent, guardian, event host, or other responsible adult. By using Snapvyn, you confirm that you have the legal authority to agree to these terms.
Snapvyn is not responsible for loss, misuse, deletion, unauthorized access, or damage caused by a failure to protect account credentials.
An event must be activated before it becomes publicly usable. Activation requires an active Silver event pass, an active Gold event pass, or a Platinum organizer entitlement that grants activation rights.
Until activation is complete, the event will not permit guest participation, uploads, live sharing, QR kit use, or post-event delivery features.
Pricing is final as displayed on the platform unless changed by Snapvyn in the future.
Payments may be processed through third-party providers including PayHere, Lemon Squeezy, or other available payment gateways.
The Platinum Organizer Plan is billed monthly unless otherwise stated. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing until cancellation.
You are responsible for cancelling before the next billing date if you do not wish to renew. Failed payment may suspend or remove access to organizer tools, activation rights, white-label benefits, extended retention, and other Platinum features.
Payments for event passes and subscriptions are generally non-refundable once an event has been activated, guest access has been enabled, QR codes have been used, media has been uploaded, or platform resources have been consumed.
Snapvyn is a technology platform and does not control how hosts conduct their events.
Users retain ownership of their uploaded photos, videos, and other content. Snapvyn does not claim ownership of user content.
By uploading content, you grant Snapvyn a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, transmit, resize, compress, generate previews, create galleries, create downloadable packages, operate AI-assisted features, provide technical support, and otherwise run, secure, improve, and deliver the service.
Guests understand that content uploaded to an event may be accessible to the event host and, depending on event settings, may also be visible to other guests, organizers, event managers, team members, white-label organizer accounts, and platform administrators for support, moderation, or security purposes.
Hosts are responsible for how they use, download, publish, distribute, or repost guest content outside Snapvyn. Snapvyn is not responsible for misuse of downloaded content by hosts, guests, organizers, or third parties.
Public gallery mode can expose uploads to other guests with access to the event, while private mode may limit guests to their own uploads or other restricted content. Hosts are responsible for choosing the right mode before sharing the event.
Snapvyn may remove content, suspend events, disable accounts, restrict access, or report content where required by law.
Snapvyn may provide AI-assisted features such as highlight videos, memory reels, storytelling, summaries, auto-curation, and related outputs. These results may vary in quality, accuracy, style, timing, and suitability.
AI output depends on available media, upload quality, lighting, file formats, processing providers, and other technical factors. Users should review AI-generated output before public use.
Live Wall or public display features are controlled by the host, who is responsible for enabling, disabling, moderating, and supervising them.
Hosts are also responsible for sharing QR codes or invite links only with intended guests, testing access before the event, and regenerating or disabling access where necessary.
Storage limits and retention periods depend on the selected plan. When retention expires, Snapvyn may delete, archive, restrict, or otherwise make content unavailable, and users are responsible for downloading media before expiry.
Delivery times for downloads, QR kits, exports, or post-event delivery packages may vary based on upload volume, file size, AI processing, payment status, connectivity, server load, and third-party availability.
White-label branding may be available on eligible plans, especially the Platinum Organizer Plan, but users may not misrepresent ownership of the software, reverse engineer or resell it as their own platform, remove required legal notices, or use unlawful or infringing branding.
All platform software, workflows, layouts, code, brand elements, logos, databases, systems, and technology belong to Snapvyn or its licensors. Buying a plan gives you a service right to use the platform, not ownership of the technology.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, extract data from, rebuild similar functionality from, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit the software without permission.
Snapvyn may rely on third-party providers for payments, hosting, storage, email, analytics, AI processing, authentication, and infrastructure. We are not responsible for interruptions, delays, policy changes, or failures caused by those providers.
Snapvyn is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available operation.
Service may be affected by maintenance, server issues, internet outages, payment downtime, third-party failures, security incidents, force majeure events, and device or browser issues.
We take reasonable steps to protect the platform and user data, but no online service can be guaranteed completely secure. Use of Snapvyn is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Snapvyn may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts, events, subscriptions, uploads, or features if terms are violated, payments fail, prohibited content is uploaded, third-party rights are infringed, misuse occurs, risk is created, the law requires action, or the service is modified or discontinued.
Users may cancel subscriptions through the available billing or account settings. Cancelling may remove access to Platinum features at the end of the billing cycle or sooner depending on provider rules and platform configuration. Single-event passes are generally not cancellable after activation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snapvyn and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost memories, event disruption, emotional distress, reputational harm, indirect damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, unauthorized sharing, user misuse, third-party failures, AI dissatisfaction, event cancellation, or venue, browser, device, or connectivity issues.
Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant event pass or one month of subscription fees, whichever is lower.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Snapvyn from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your event, your content, your guests’ content, your breach of these terms, privacy or IP violations, failure to obtain consent, or unlawful or harmful conduct.
Snapvyn may modify, improve, suspend, rename, replace, or discontinue features, and may update plan limits, pricing, AI features, payment methods, storage rules, and activation logic over time.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Snapvyn after the effective date of an updated version means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes should first be raised with Snapvyn support in good faith and, if unresolved, may be handled through the appropriate courts or dispute resolution processes available under Sri Lanka law.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms shown at purchase, form the entire agreement between you and Snapvyn regarding use of the platform.
